Job - Senior Care Assistant


Location – London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Redbridge, London Borough of Hackney, London Borough of Hackney, London Borough of Southwark, London Borough of Croydon, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Rochford District Council, Castle Point District Council, Basildon, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Epping


 


Pay from £9.50 - £12 per hour


Holiday pay, Travel time pay, Sick Pay, Auto Pension Enrolment, Free Training


 


The main duties/responsibilities of the role will be


• Provide all aspects of personal care to clients.


• Promoting and support the physical, emotional and wellbeing of clients.


• Generally, assist with client’s overall comfort and wellbeing. Assists and enables clients to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe.


• Encourage independence and self-belief. Provides interest and activities to stimulate and engage clients.


• Supporting clients at meal times, in accordance with their individual needs.


• Serves meals to clients at table or in bed, and assists with feeding if required.


• Contribute fully to team working, responding positively to colleagues and undertaking all reasonable work instructions promptly.


• Helps with daily activities such as letter writing, paying bills, collecting benefits etc.


• Take an active interest in personal and professional development by, contributing to supervision and appraisal meetings, attending team meetings and training.


• Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc.


• Adhere to all company and local policies/procedures.


• Develop positive professional relationships with clients and colleagues.


• Undertakes light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required.


• Monitors client’s conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and contributes to record keeping.


• Mentor and support new carers, sign off competencies.


• Assisting and moving and handling training in the office (including induction training). Moving and handling training at a client’s house.


• To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available.


• Provide a personalised housing related to support service. Accompanying clients on social outings & Health appointments, Helping them with shopping etc.rite a description for this tab and include information that will interest site visitors. Job – Community Care Assistants

Job Description –


*To provide quality service to vulnerable service users with physical and learning disabilities and in accordance to the care plan within agreed time scales


*To assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet and Providing personal care for vulnerable service users in the safety and comfort of their home.


*To ensure that the preparation, cooking and serving of food meet the required standards


*To help service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; help in use and care of aids and personal equipment


*To prompt and administer medication for which De Vere has taken responsibility and to maintain the necessary records In carrying out the care plan to ensure the safety of the Service User at all times.


*To comply with all Risk Assessments as detailed in the Care Plan folder.


*Observe and report any changes in the physical or mental conditions of the service users to the line manager.


*To complete daily reports and place in Care Plan folder.


*Respect the Privacy, dignity and maintain rights of service users

Job - Care Co-ordinator

Location – Chelmsford


Salary - £20,000 -£22,000 per year

De Vere Care Partnership are a high standard care company now looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join team in Chelmsford, Essex


We need a applicant who have very good communication skills and IT skills to work on software called CM 2000 to manage the following


1. Assigning care workers to clients accurately.


2. Monitor them in the system to make sure they are attending the calls on time.


3. Build trust with clients and carers.


We prefer to have experience working with CM2000 but we can provide full training if willing to learn.
