We provide personal dedicated care to people living in their own houses and flats. We cater for dementia, learning disabilities, personal care, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, Caring for children (0 - 18yrs), Caring for adults under 65 yrs and caring for adults over 65 yrs.

At De Vere Care Partnership we will provide you with a wide selection of professional care services that are specifically tailored to meet your needs. This type of care is known as home care or domiciliary care or sometimes home help.

We are dedicated to giving you a friendly, professional and reliable service for you or your loved ones.

Our home care is very flexible, you might need a carer for only an hour a week or for several hours a day or for a few weeks while you recover from an illness. Or it can be long term where a live-in carer will make sure that you are well looked after 24 hours a day.
If living at home is not as easy as it once was for various reasons, then we at De Vere Care Partnership we can help by providing you with a wide selection of care services such as:

Getting out of bed in the morning
Washing and dressing
Brushing your hair
Preparing meals and drinks
Remembering to take your medicines
Doing your shopping
Collecting prescriptions or your pension
Getting out, for example to a lunch club
Getting settled in the evening and ready for bed
